Desert Monks Brewing is an award-winning craft brewery and family-friendly taproom in Gilbert, Arizona. From crisp lagers and refreshing wheat beers to Belgian Ales, bold IPAs, dark beers, creative sours, and house-made hard seltzers, there's something for every palate.

I randomly came here one day with my wife a few years ago, and we saw they had some gluten-reduced beers. That works out great for my wife! They have so many amazing beers that rotate through the year. Currently their Ground Rule doppelbock is my favorite.

This is a fantastic place to grab a beer, listen to live music, and enjoy some great food from a variety of different vendors. The bartenders and staff are very attentive, and the selection of beers is fantastic.

I also took a tour of the brewery and learned all about the process and science behind brewing. Jason was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable, and I really learned a lot. The beers afterward were delicious!

Love the heavier beers they typically have available. Most places are overloaded with too many IPA's. The location is comfortable and the staff always friendly. Try to visit at least once a month and they are doing some excellent community events.
